After serving in the Air Force, I returned to Colorado and began build
ing homes as an assistant superintendent in Highlands Ranch. Witnessing the rapid expansion of the Denver metro area firsthand was both exciting and inspiring. I eventually took a leap of faith and moved to Phoenix, where I advanced to running my own construction sites and was able to achieve my dream of homeownership before the age of 30. However, during my time in Arizona, I experienced the devastating impact of the mortgage crisis. I was disheartened by the stories of people being misled into bad loans and poor purchase deals. This experience fueled my desire to make a positive change. I returned to Colorado, earned my real estate license, and committed myself to helping others navigate the real estate market with honesty and integrity. In the years that followed, I balanced a full-time job building homes while assisting clients in securing mortgages and finding the perfect properties. I eventually transitioned to providing real estate and lending services full-time, allowing me to fully dedicate myself to guiding others through the home-buying process. My approach is simple: I focus on understanding your goals—both short and long-term—and work tirelessly to make homeownership a reality.
