A long time customer's neighbor had a leak that went unnoticed until this weekend. Realized it was all down to a bad fitting/solder.
Got em good as new this morning. Drywall after everything drys out.

Today's floor with Rizzo Home Repairs

Today was a pretty nice quick project. The customer had matching counters/vanitys installed. We followed behind and installed faucets throughout the condo. Hooked up the new garbage disposal, and swapped two toilets out for some new American standards. Was a pleasure🤙

This week's project is in the books.
I met Beth close to a year ago while helping her friend get her bnb ready to go. She always had good ideas, good input, and good energy on things for that house. So when she asked if we'd tackle a deck for her, we immediately agreed. This is the first job we did for Beth and I couldn't be happier with the end result! Good people working together made this one of my favorite projects to date, and probably the lucky horseshoe had a factor too lol. add ons are already in the works for the deck, so stay tuned.

A few weeks ago we met the president of our conservation club and he said he'd have some pop up projects for us coming soon. Well, here's the second one so far and I think it turned out great!
Thankful for the opportunity and looking forward to the next one once my knees are done hurting 😅

A few weeks ago we put all new screens up on a customer's cabin she just got with Rizzo Home Repairs. Today we finished putting all new lattice around the cabin also, It's been great getting to meet and know Bonnie. We're all very excited to help turn this into YOUR cabin! Very pleased that everyone involved is happy🙌
