Screw up at things.
Be bad at things.
Learn what you don’t know.
Try more sh*t.
See some small successes.
Try more sh*t.
Keep trying sh*t until you’ve tried enough sh*t to know the thing that actually makes you tick is trying new sh*t.

There’s nothing quite like helping a couple of Aussies find their first home. And this one in particular… fantastic Upper Dimond location, the LOT was fully redone (fences, gates, landscape, concrete, etc), the views, the finishes.. we nailed it 🙌
