Prepping and staging a house for market is important because it helps potential buyers easily visualize themselves living in the space by creating a clean, neutral environment, which can lead to a faster sale, a higher selling price and a more positive 1st impression. One less expensive and easy trick that designers and stagers use is paint. Benjamin Moore always has a color of the year and this year it is called cinnamon slate. Color brings a depth and a warmth to spaces and you will definitely be seeing color in 2025 as designers are shying away from the all white palate. Happy New Year! As one chapter closes, another begins and we hope you and your family/ friends have taken a moment to reflect on 2024 and plan for a new one. Our team is grateful for our health, families, our community, and the thriving business we are so passionate about. A&Z spent December planning for another successful year in real estate. We have listings currently being prepped in Tiburon, Larkpsur and San Rafael and cannot wait to bring them to market. We’ve also connected with all of our buyers and hold excitement for what the new year has in store for them. Fun Facts 2024. The daily rate has begun to tick down in the last 2 business days. It’s too early to know if it’s the beginning of a sustained decline but we hope so. We think 2025 is going to be a fantastic year for sellers.
