Mill Valley has long been one of Marin's most distinctive towns, blending redwood forests, outdoor recreation, a vibrant downtown, and a strong sense of community.

Fascinating article about Belvedere and the continued demand for its waterfront homes.

It made me smile because many years ago, before the area became known as “Billionaires Point,” I bought a half-acre waterfront lot there and built a home. Hard to imagine now, but the land cost $75,000 at the time.

I was part of the MarinHealth Raccoons for many years and even served as president for a time.
