After some time away from Facebook, Brannock Properties is excited to be back and sharing more of what makes this community so special.
We wanted our first post to focus on something positive, local, and important: the 19th Annual Brannock Properties LLC Backpack Program Fundraiser.
There has been a lot of discussion and disagreement around town lately. That is part of living in a community where people care deeply about the future. But even when we do not all agree on every issue, there are still things we can come together for:
Supporting local kids and families.
Since 2013, this fundraiser has raised approximately $208,440 for the Backpack Program, supporting students through the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern NY, including those in Ticonderoga, Crown Point, Hague, and Putnam.
This year, in keeping with 250 years of our great nation, we are launching:
Road to $250K
Our goal is to help push the fundraiser past $250,000 in support of local students and families.
That means we are about $41,560 away.
The fundraiser will be held:
Saturday, June 6th, 2026
Ticonderoga Knights of Columbus
2:00 PM: Basket raffle sales begin
4:00 PM: Chicken BBQ until sold out
Chicken BBQ dinners are $15 and include: half chicken, baked potato, coleslaw, roll with butter, and dessert.

Checks can be made payable to Brannock Properties LLC or Ticonderoga Area Backpack Program.
Every dinner, raffle ticket, donated basket, business contribution, and direct donation helps move us closer to the $250K milestone.
