A few days have passed since our annual fundraiser, and we are still overwhelmed with gratitude.

While we are still accepting donations, we wanted to take a moment to thank every sponsor, donor, volunteer, business, and community member who helped make this event possible. Your support helps sustain a vital local program and reminds us what makes small communities so special: people showing up and caring for one another.

We are blessed to live and do business in this beautiful area, and we are honored to continue hosting this fundraiser each year during the first week of June. Stay tuned for the final results in the coming weeks!

TODAY IS THE DAY.

Come visit us at the Knights of Columbus for our 19th Annual Fundraiser to benefit the Ticonderoga Area Backpack Program. Regardless of the weather, we will be there.

2:00 — Basket Raffle begins
4:00 — Chicken dinners start until sold out

We have a donor match up to $10,000, over 100 different prizes to be raffled, and a promise of good company. All are welcome to attend this event that has generated $208,400 for local children over the years. We are so excited to share this great event!

Weekend forecast have you wondering what to do this weekend?

Rain or shine, come see us at our 19th annual fundraiser benefitting the Ticonderoga Area Backpack Program!

We are still actively accepting all donations, please reach out if you desire a pickup. All donations will be matched up to $10,000!

- Over 100 baskets, gift cards, and "Big Prize” items to be raffled

We are officially just over ONE WEEK away from the 19th Annual Brannock Properties Backpack Program Fundraiser — and thanks to another incredibly generous donor, ALL donations are now being matched up to $10,000.

This support speaks volumes about our community, and we are honored to be a part of it.

🚨 WE NEED YOUR HELP (yes, you) 🚨

On June 6th, Brannock Properties is hosting our 19th annual backpack program fundraiser. This fundraiser directly benefits children in our local schools. We have raised $208,440 for this vital program so far and are aiming for a $250,000 goal in keeping with 250 years of our country and we need your help.

We are actively accepting basket donations, check donations, and now Venmo! Checks can be made payable to Brannock Properties LLC or the Ticonderoga Area Backpack Program. Baskets can be coordinated for pickup or dropped off at 146 Racetrack Road, Ticonderoga, NY.

Search us on Venmo or save the picture to your phone and hold the QR code from your “Photos” app to take you directly to our Venmo.

We are so excited to sponsor our very own Ticonderoga Little League team!

We caught up with our head coach, Ashley Rivers of Ashley Rivers Photography , to learn a little more about the team:

“I really like how encouraging our players are to one another, especially having a good mix of players from different areas (Ticonderoga, Moriah, and Schroon Lake). Baseball is such a great way to bring them all together for the love of the game. Playing team sports is such an important part of youth. Learning how to work together, even through a tough game, teaches players to rely on their teammates and help pick each other up.”

We are excited for the season ahead and wish the best of luck to all athletes, coaches, and families involved.

After some time away from Facebook, Brannock Properties is excited to be back and sharing more of what makes this community so special.

We wanted our first post to focus on something positive, local, and important: the 19th Annual Brannock Properties LLC Backpack Program Fundraiser.

There has been a lot of discussion and disagreement around town lately. That is part of living in a community where people care deeply about the future. But even when we do not all agree on every issue, there are still things we can come together for:

Supporting local kids and families.

Since 2013, this fundraiser has raised approximately $208,440 for the Backpack Program, supporting students through the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern NY, including those in Ticonderoga, Crown Point, Hague, and Putnam.

This year, in keeping with 250 years of our great nation, we are launching:

Road to $250K

Our goal is to help push the fundraiser past $250,000 in support of local students and families.

That means we are about $41,560 away.

The fundraiser will be held:

Saturday, June 6th, 2026
Ticonderoga Knights of Columbus

2:00 PM: Basket raffle sales begin
4:00 PM: Chicken BBQ until sold out

Chicken BBQ dinners are $15 and include: half chicken, baked potato, coleslaw, roll with butter, and dessert.

Every dinner, raffle ticket, donated basket, business contribution, and direct donation helps move us closer to the $250K milestone.
