Twenty-five years ago, Bill Hanna made a decision that probably looked strange from the outside.
He had a good career. US Steel in Cleveland first, then years of success in paper distribution sales. But the job kept him on the road, and he was missing dinners at home. So he left it, came back to Findlay, and started selling real estate.
He's been at it ever since.
Twenty-five
Bill grew up here. Liberty Benton High School, then Bowling Green State. He married his high school girlfriend. They raised two daughters in this community and now have four grandchildren in it. When Bill tells a client what a neighborhood is like, he isn't reading it off a report.
The credentials are there too. RE/MAX Hall of Fame. The Ohio President's Sales Award in his first full year, and every single year since. Senior Real Estate Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative certifications. An A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
But here's the line that tells you the most about him:
"I don't have to sell real estate. I do it because I enjoy helping others to achieve their goals."
Bill would never post this about himself. So we're doing it for him.
