We are holding a March Mania Broker's Open March 4th - 6th! 🏀
All realtors in the corridor are invited to come out to the Preserve Model Home at 701 Brook Ridge Ave in North Liberty to enjoy Marcos Grilled Cheese and enter for chances to win Hy-Vee Gas Cards each day!
From 11 AM - 1PM we will have an early afternoon showing session each day with Marcos Grilled Cheese being catered from 11:30 - 1:30 PM.
We will also have Social Cocktail Hour each afternoon from 4-6 PM with drinks, snacks, soft drinks, and more Marcos!
For the March Mania Broker's Open, we will also be giving away four & two $50 Hy-Vee Gas Cards each day! Realtors are entered into the drawing for attending and can earn additional entries by viewing the five plans at The Preserve, showing a prospect at the Preserve, or shooting free throws at The Preserve Broker's Sales Office. We will also be giving away two $100 Gas Cards at the end of March to the brokers who have the most showings at The Preserve during the month.
