She came to Tiffin in 1980 taking a management position until 1995. Sara became a licensed Broker in 1987. In 1992, Sara became part owner of Old Mill Properties. On August 30, 1995, Old Mill Properties purchased the Coldwell Banker Franchise from Coldwell Banker Geyer Associates, and became Coldwell Banker Hohman Wingart Realtors. ical real estate. She is the past president of Firelands Association of Realtors and Community Hospice Care. Sara is the Chairperson of the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) Property Forum for 2012 and is also serving at the state level of the OAR Professional Standards and Legislative Forums. She is a member and the past President
