🍪 Happy National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day! 🍪
Celebrated every year on August 4th, this sweet holiday honors the invention of one of America’s favorite treats! Did you know the chocolate chip cookie was created in 1937 by Ruth Wakefield, who ran the famous Toll House Inn?

At VRG Management, we say:

🎉🎂 HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Apex Apartments’ very own Sara Chaney! 🎂🎉

Today we celebrate Sara… Property Manager, problem solver, avocado enthusiast 🥑, sushi lover 🍣, and the woman who somehow manages to keep everything together while maintaining at least some of her sanity. 😂

Sara, we hope your birthday is filled with everything you love: good food, lots of laughs, plenty of sushi, perfectly ripe avocados, and absolutely NO work drama today! 😂🙌

May your coffee be strong, your phone be suspiciously quiet, and may you get to spend at least ONE day without hearing the words, “Hey Sara, quick question…” 🤣

We love you, appreciate you, and are so thankful to have you as part of our VRG Georgia Region family! 💗

Happy Birthday, Sara! Enjoy YOUR day… you’ve earned it! 🥳🎈

🚨🏆 ATTENTION GEORGIA REGION… BRAGGING RIGHTS ARE OFFICIALLY ON THE LINE! 🏆🚨

Apparently, our regular $250 Pay-On-Time Rent Lottery just wasn’t enough excitement… so Regional Manager Brandy Conard has decided to stir the pot a little. 😂🔥

💰 ANOTHER $250 GIFT CARD IS UP FOR GRABS!

Here’s the challenge:

🏆 The Georgia Region community with the HIGHEST rent collection percentage 97% OR HIGHER by August 10th will earn an EXTRA $250 gift card giveaway for one lucky resident!

So now the question is…

👀 WHO WANTS IT?!

Apex… y’all ready?
Camelot Crossing… don’t let being the new kid stop you. 😂
Casey’s Court… we see you. 👀
Country Place… time to show out!
Cypress… y’all better come on!
Grand Park… no excuses! 😂
Joy Park… let’s see what you’ve got!
Stone Ridge… don’t sleep on Adel! 🔥

And then there’s Shoreham… listen, y’all have known Brandy longer than anybody. 😂 You know she’s competitive, you know she keeps score, and you KNOW if the property she called home for 23 years comes in last, she is never going to hear the end of it. 🤣 No pressure, Shoreham… but maybe a little pressure. 👀🏆

Residents, YOU have the power to put your community at the top! Pay your rent and help your property claim the crown, the bragging rights, AND another chance at $250! 💵👑

⚠️ One little detail before anybody gets creative: Late fees STILL APPLY to payments made after the 5th. 😂 Paying by the 10th helps your community compete, but it does NOT waive late fees.

🏆 97% + BY AUGUST 10TH
💰 $250 GIFT CARD
🔥 ONE WINNING COMMUNITY
👑 UNLIMITED BRAGGING RIGHTS

Managers… rally your residents.
Residents… do NOT let your community down. 😂

May the best Georgia Region property win! 🏆🔥
