It may be the first day of fall, but all we can still think about is Mr. Sasquatch at this year's Spectrum event! Thank you to Multifamily NW for another great year of learning, connection, and growth. We heard from thoughtful, talented leaders in property management and beyond, and loved seeing so much energy built into the day.

From dance breaks led by speakers to a little collective stretching before a conversation about destigmatizing mental health, the programming kept everyone engaged. And then there was the surprise cash grab. We certainly weren’t complaining about that one!

Of course, one of the best parts of Spectrum is always seeing the familiar faces and meeting new ones who make up our corner of the Pacific Northwest. Add in the western wear, the giant Sasquatch, and a vintage covered wagon, and this year definitely embraced the theme.

Speaking of that covered wagon: can someone vouch for its authenticity? Because that thing looked like it rolled straight off the Oregon Trail. 🤠🐎

New Columbia celebrated 20 years with a beautiful afternoon at the community, bringing together residents, families, community partners, vendors, sponsors, and organizations that support the neighborhood. There was plenty happening throughout the event, including bingo, a raffle, face painting, balloon animals, and tons of fun activities for kids. Just as important, several community partners were on hand to connect residents with resources and support.

Overall, an amazing turnout and a fitting way to mark 20 years of New Columbia. Thank you to everyone who helped make the celebration happen and to all of the partners who continue to support the community! Cheers to 20 years! 💙

Last week, our residential teams gathered for Bloom at the Zoo, CRMG's bi-annual Manager Training Luncheon. 🦙🌻

The day was packed with meaningful conversations, valuable training, and fresh perspectives on leadership, industry trends, operational excellence, and personal well-being. (And, as the photos show, no shortage of laughter and smiles, too. 😊)

One of the highlights of the day was celebrating our 2026 Leadership Award recipients. These outstanding team members embody CRMG's core values through their leadership, dedication, and positive impact on their residents, colleagues, and communities. We also debuted Lenny's Commitment to Excellence Award, recognizing those who consistently go above and beyond. We think Lenny would agree: this year's recipients are pretty amazing.

Yesterday our Training Department hosted the first-ever Chill, Relax, Mix, & Gather for our corporate team, and it turned out to be such a fun afternoon! The mocktail menu included Arnold Palmers, Shirley Temples, virgin strawberry daiquiris, nojitos, and the surprise hit of the day — the Watermelon Cooler. 🍉

But the best part was just seeing people slow down for a minute and connect. Conversations about summer plans, kids being out of school, camps coming up, vacations, and all the little life updates that you don’t always get time for during a busy work week. It’s easy to underestimate how much those moments matter, but they really do help build stronger teams and a workplace people enjoy being part of.

Big thanks to our Training team for putting this together. Hopefully the first of many. 🍹🌞

We’ve officially made the move!🚚🚚

The dust is still settling as we unpack and get ourselves set up in our new corporate office. Between the boxes, packing tape, and the general chaos that comes with a move, it’s been a busy week—but a good one! We’re so excited to finally be under one roof, and it already feels like a meaningful step forward in how we work together and support our people and partners.

At the core of it all, nothing has changed: collaboration, stability, growth, and sincerity still guide how we show up every day. This new space is just a reflection of that, and our continued focus on being people-centered in everything we do. (And yes, the new office is Lenny approved😉)
