We’ve officially made the move!🚚🚚

The dust is still settling as we unpack and get ourselves set up in our new corporate office. Between the boxes, packing tape, and the general chaos that comes with a move, it’s been a busy week—but a good one! We’re so excited to finally be under one roof, and it already feels like a meaningful step forward in how we work together and support our people and partners.

At the core of it all, nothing has changed: collaboration, stability, growth, and sincerity still guide how we show up every day. This new space is just a reflection of that, and our continued focus on being people-centered in everything we do. (And yes, the new office is Lenny approved😉)

We are excited to officially announce our new Vice President of Operations & Client Relations, Jim Wiard. With 30+ years in residential property management, Jim’s journey spans on-site community management to senior executive leadership, including Portfolio Manager, Regional Manager, and SVP roles. He’s also made a mark on the multifamily industry, serving as Board President of Multifamily NW and CEO of the Washington Multifamily Housing Association, earning national recognition for his leadership excellence.

At CRMG, Jim provides executive oversight of day-to-day operations while strengthening client relationships across our portfolio. He’s focused on strategic leadership, operational consistency, and service excellence, ensuring our teams and clients succeed together. We’re excited for the experience, vision, and people-first approach Jim brings to CRMG!

Last Thursday, our corporate teams took a moment to enjoy some mochi donuts in celebration of Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day. We also added a little extra luck to the mix with red envelopes hidden among the spread, two of which held a golden ticket! Congratulations to our lucky winners, who took home their very own Lenny the Leasing Llama mugs. 🦙✨

The highlight of our season so far? Our annual Site Staff holiday party at Punch Bowl Social! 🌟

Teams from across our PNW portfolio came together to unwind and celebrate with karaoke, bowling, pool, and great food and drinks. The momentum stayed high all day long, capped off with a prize-packed raffle that had everyone double- and triple-checking their tickets. And of course, the CRMG crew showed up in style 😎 Festive gear, Lenny the Leasing Llama–inspired swag (peek slide 4 👀), and an unexpected inflatable gingerbread cameo all made an appearance. What more could you ask for?

It’s been a busy (and incredibly heartwarming) few weeks at CRMG. Earlier this month, our staff came together for a food and essentials drive benefiting Urban Gleaners, and we’re grateful to share that our teams collected 600 pounds of pantry staples, canned goods, personal care items, and family essentials to support our neighbors. And we didn't stop there! We’ve also been working over the last several days to gather supplies and assemble more than 100 Winter Care Kits for Blanchet House, helping those in need stay safe and warm this winter season.

Through it all, we realized how deeply many of us wanted to give back and support those facing tough times. We even ended up calling it our “Week of Giving” because once we started, we couldn’t stop finding more ways to help. A huge thank you to our incredible CRMG crew for their outstanding dedication, and for demonstrating the powerful impact we can achieve together 💙.
