At the end of April, some neighbors of mine who’d become close friends asked me to sell their beloved Oakhurst home. It was approaching the end of Spring season, and I wanted to be sure they hit the market at the right time. I knew the market would be slowing down around the time schools let out for summer, so I recommended a very aggressive strategy for getting them on the market within 2 weeks. I brought in TEWS Occupied Home Staging and together we gave them a pretty hefty to-do list.

They worked SO hard, day and night, to get the home ready quickly to meet my recommended timeline, and I managed to get them on the market at what turned out to be the perfect time.

We received 11 (!!) offers on this Oakhurst beauty and closed for $191,000 over the asking price. 🤯

We were really sad to lose these neighbors who we’d grown close with over 14 years, but I’m so glad things worked out so well for them on the sale of their home. ❤️

Recently closed on this pair of Oakhurst homes for my wonderful clients who needed a bit more space but wanted to remain in the neighborhood. We originally connected when they were considering whether to renovate their current home or look for a bigger one. I brought an architect over and we talked through some options. They ultimately decided to look for a new home rather than renovate. Shortly after we started looking, I learned about a couple of off market homes through my network that would be available soon. I was able to get them into both homes and they ended up going under contract on one of the homes, beating out multiple offers before it even went on the market! We then had to get their current home ready to go on the market quickly before Spring Break. They put in a lot of hard work, got it looking picture perfect, and we were under contract within the first weekend. It is always rewarding getting to help people transition from one home to the next and even better when it all goes smoothly. And best of all, I get to keep them as neighbors! 🎉🏡
