Recently closed on this pair of Oakhurst homes for my wonderful clients who needed a bit more space but wanted to remain in the neighborhood. We originally connected when they were considering whether to renovate their current home or look for a bigger one. I brought an architect over and we talked through some options. They ultimately decided to look for a new home rather than renovate. Shortly after we started looking, I learned about a couple of off market homes through my network that would be available soon. I was able to get them into both homes and they ended up going under contract on one of the homes, beating out multiple offers before it even went on the market! We then had to get their current home ready to go on the market quickly before Spring Break. They put in a lot of hard work, got it looking picture perfect, and we were under contract within the first weekend. It is always rewarding getting to help people transition from one home to the next and even better when it all goes smoothly. And best of all, I get to keep them as neighbors! 🎉🏡

This sweet artsy condo near Emory is finally off the market. Originally listed last fall, we had really good activity with showings throughout our time on the market, but no offers came in. We knew the right buyer was out there - one that would appreciate the awesome location and fall in love with its vintage charm. I originally met these clients when our kids played basketball together several years ago. They were looking for a larger home, and I helped them find something in Winnona Park. They weren’t ready to let their precious little home in Oakhurst go, so I helped them lease it for a year. At the beginning of this year, they told me they were ready to sell. It wasn’t an easy decision for them, so I set out to make the process as smooth as possible. We received a great offer and went under contract after only a day on the market. Working with to turn this special home over to her first time home buyers was a dream. In the end, my clients were happy to see their home turned over to a newly wedded couple who are starting their lives together and will carry on its legacy in their own way. Congratulations to all!

Hi! 👋 I’m Marianne, Atlanta native and long-term Decatur resident. I truly love this city and helping people put down roots here. You can usually find me checking out cool houses (duh), jogging around town (maybe training for my next race, or maybe just sniffing out coming soon listings), biking the Beltline, or soaking up the outdoors. I love to travel, catch live music, and eat my way through Atlanta one great restaurant at a time. I come from a big family and am a proud big sister to three younger brothers.
