One of the greatest joys of building Silver Acres has been getting to know the wonderful people who now call—and will soon call—our community home. 🏡❤️

We are so excited to officially welcome our future residents, Ken & Sharon Howard! They have been eagerly awaiting the start of construction on their brand-new apartment, and Sharon recently had a fantastic idea—she asked if they could celebrate this exciting milestone with their very own groundbreaking ceremony. What a fun, personal way to mark the beginning of a brand-new chapter in their lives! 🎉

To make the occasion even more memorable, Ken surprised everyone by painting the ceremonial shovel gold! 🌟🥄

It was a wonderful reminder that Silver Acres is about much more than just buildings. It’s about friendships, new beginnings, and creating a vibrant community where lasting memories are made.

We are thrilled to announce that our senior housing development is transitioning to Silver Acres, LLC.

Even more exciting, we are preparing to break ground on the next phase of development, which will include:

🏢 Additional apartment homes
🏡 A beautiful community center
🎣 A scenic pond
🌳 Enhanced outdoor spaces and amenities

This expansion is wonderful news for those currently on our waiting list and will allow us to offer new apartments more quickly as our community continues to grow.
