Gather documents, get pre-approved, and determine your budget.
Create a detailed wants vs. needs list with everyone who will be living in the home.
Jump online and search current listings. Jot down the ones that catch your eye. I can also email you properties!
Connect with a realtor. Ask friends, family members, or co-workers for referrals.
Schedule showings so you can get a feel for the home, neighborhood, and location.
