🏡 **2026 Mid-Year Housing Market Snapshot**
We’re more than halfway through 2026, so here’s a quick look at how the housing market is performing across **Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and York Counties**.
📍 **Baltimore County**
• 790 homes sold in July — **up 2.9%**
• Median sales price: **$385,000 — up 1.3%**
📍 **Carroll County**
• 201 homes sold — **down 8.6%**
• Median sales price: **$485,000 — up 2.3%**
📍 **Harford County**

• Median sales price: **$310,000 — up 2%**

📊 **The takeaway:** Our local housing markets continue to show healthy activity. Harford County has experienced strong price growth, York County continues to see increased sales volume, Baltimore County remains relatively steady, and Carroll County continues to maintain strong home values.
While the numbers vary from county to county, well-priced homes are still attracting buyers—and market conditions can change considerably from one neighborhood to the next.
