Baltimore Scattered Sites is a real estate development group overseeing an expanding portfolio of properties in the greater Baltimore City area. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Leasing Agent to assist us with showing properties. You will preserve favorable relations with property owners and prospective tenants and portray a positive image of the company in your activities.

To be successful you need to achieve occupancy and rental goals. Top applicants are proficient multitaskers, organized and have strong people skills.

Compensation will be the following fee structure.

If we have obtained a signed lease within the time referenced from property posting, you will receive:
1st week = $500.00
2nd week = $400.00
3rd week = $300.00
4th week or longer = $250.00

Baltimore Scattered Sites is a real estate development group overseeing an expanding portfolio of properties in the greater Baltimore City area. We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The tasks of the office administrator will include receiving mail, tenant rental payments, and communicating with onsite and offsite staff. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator will ensure a smooth running of our company’s office and contribute to driving sustainable growth.

This is a Part Time Position (20-25 hours per week) with the option for Full Time (with benefits), given the right applicant. Ideal hours are 9:30AM – 2:30PM, Monday thru Friday.
