Congratulations to my clients who settled in April 🤍🏡

These are 3 special houses because they represent 3 special clients and friends. Each one of them worked very hard to get their properties ready for sale and sold quickly for top dollar. I am so grateful I was able to support them before taking some much needed time away with family.

I’ve been slowing down big time over the last few months and I wanted to say a BIG thank you to my entire professional support system behind the scenes who is taking care of all of my people during this time. You all know who you are and are the real MVP’s. I’ve been able to stay as healthy and grounded as I have been during this time preparing for our newest arrival because of you. ❤️

With that said, very soon I’ll be taking some fully intentional time away from work to fully focus on our growing family. Congratulations to my clients who settled in March 🤍

Last month I had the opportunity to help two sellers and one buyer successfully close on their homes across Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Carroll County.

Both sellers made intentional moves to step into homes and areas that better support their growing families and long-term goals. I also helped a buyer secure a brand-new home, thoughtfully chosen to be closer to work and aligned with the life they’re building.

Spring market update for the Baltimore Metro area ➡️ things are starting to move again. 🙏🏻🏡🌸

After a noticeably slower Fall and Winter across the Baltimore metro area, we’re starting to see momentum build as we head into Spring. The biggest headline right now isn’t dramatic price shifts or sudden interest rate changes — it’s inventory and buyers who are ready to make decisions.

More homes are preparing to hit the market than we saw at this time last year. Personally, I have six listings launching in March alone, and many other agents are gearing up to bring multiple homes to market as well. More inventory brings a more balanced dynamic. Buyers have more options, while sellers are facing a bit more competition.

What I’m seeing on the ground is this: well-priced and well-presented homes are still moving quickly. Just this past week, multiple homes went under contract in under a week and over asking because of strong buyer demand.

This isn’t a frenzy market — it’s a strategic Spring market. Homes that are priced right and properly prepared are moving. Homes that stretch on price or lack presentation are sitting longer.

Congratulations to my clients who settled in February!

I had the honor of helping a seller navigate the sale of a family estate property in Parkville, positioning it thoughtfully to help them recoup as much value as possible. We secured 4 offers and were able to do just that.

I also celebrated with a buyer in Dundalk who, after three years of searching, finally found their dream home on the water. The right home is always worth the wait — and this one absolutely was!

And lastly, we closed on our final lot in Freeland. We sold it to one of my clients, which makes it even more special. Letting go of that land was not a decision we made lightly, but we’re excited to shift our focus toward other dreams and goals — and I couldn’t be happier knowing my clients will be building their own dream home there in the years ahead.
