Often, when I am called upon to look at a “Problem Property”, it is just FULL of “stuff”! Including years and years of old files, tax returns, cancelled checks, etc. I spent today clearing out YEARS of those that I no longer need.

On Sunday 10/15 there are 2 shredding events in the Pikesville area:
Beth El 10:00-12:30
Baltimore Hebrew 1:30-3:00

Do your loved ones a favor and clear out the crap before they have to.

And if you know someone that needs to quickly sell an outdated / distressed property, send them my way - I’ve got a buyer for that!

A few months ago I was contacted by a young women whose mother had passed. She was left this condo and was distraught over selling it.
It wasn’t in terrible condition (not a terrible “problem property”) and she surely could have put some “love” into to get top dollar. She just didn’t have emotional energy for it.
I had it under contract with one of my investors within HOURS. And look at it now!
I was able to show her the finished product and she was thrilled! She thought this was a great way to honor her mom.
