I first got my real estate license in 1974 and have been working in the industry ever since and have sold well in excess of $300,000,000 in real estate since that time. Starting in 1980 I began representing builders of new homes. This was a wonderful time in my life and I eve

ntually ended up owning my own construction and development company which I sold in 2005.
