Big changes are happening across the Baltimore Metro housing market as we head into fall 🍂

👉 Active listings are up 31.7% compared to last September, with 6,554 homes on the market. That’s a huge jump in available inventory — giving buyers more choices than they’ve had in years.
👉 Days on market increased by 5 days, now sitting at a median of 16 days. Homes are still moving quickly, but the slight slowdown shows buyers are taking a bit more time to make decisions.
👉 Months of supply rose to 2.47, up from 1.9 last year. While it’s still a seller’s market, this shift signals a more balanced environment on the horizon.
