So happy for my clients who purchased their dream home in the Hereford zone, but we still needed to sell their beautiful first home in Lutherville. While I wish this property hit the market to show off the stunning kitchen, we were able to connect them with a buyer that met every one of their needs which will make the move with 2 kids, 2 cats and 2 working parents pretty darn smooth! Sometimes you have to be extra creative in this business to coordinate these moves!

JUST SOLD to another first-time home buyer! This one makes me so happy. Paige was referred to me. We set up a meeting to go over the Buying Process in Maryland including expected lender costs, out of pocket expenses she should expect during the process, as well as her wants & needs. We discussed the process of finding the right house to make her home. I let her know that I always welcome parents to be a part of the process. I personally have never bought a home without running my parents through for opinion!

After the meeting I set up a search for her, and a couple weeks later, we scheduled our first round of showings. I had scheduled 3 homes….and the third home we toured was it, Paige’s Home! When You Know, You Know! I’m so happy for Paige and I really enjoyed getting to know her parents and boyfriend throughout the process.

In 1984, Patty & Jim decided they needed more space for their 3 young kids and made the move from a Rodgers Forge row home to a 4 bedroom colonial in Seminary Ridge. 41 years later you still feel the love & happiness in this beautiful home. They were also a huge asset to the neighborhood through the years, fully understanding the joy of living in Seminary Ridge. As life would have it, it’s time for the next phase of life for Patty & Jim and they are moving to be closer to those “little kids” from 1984. They will be missed by everyone in Seminary Ridge.
