We’re proud to highlight a successful transaction led by our team at Trout Daniel & Associates.

TD&A brokered the sale of the business and real estate for the newly developed car wash located at 400 W. Padonia Road in Timonium, a highly visible site at the intersection of Padonia and Beaver Dam Roads. The property’s proximity to I-83 and strong daily traffic counts made it an attractive opportunity in the market.

Art Putzel of TD&A represented the seller, Fairgrounds Ventures LLC and Fairgrounds Car Wash LLC, in the transaction, working alongside all parties to bring the deal to a successful close. The buyer, an affiliate of Flagship, continues to expand its presence across the Maryland, DC, and Virginia region.
