I have a great deal of comfort with a large geographical area in Maryland and therefore serve both Buyers and Sellers in Baltimore City and the following Counties:
Baltimore, Harford, Howard, Anne Arundel, Prince Georges and Montgomery. In addition, I lived, graduated from High School and return often to the Eastern Shore of Maryland so I have great comfort level in serving that area as well. In a
reas that I do not serve on a regular basis, I have relationships with Realtors that do that I will be happy to recommend. My experience has provided the opportunity for me to formulate great referral relationships with a network of dependable vendor contacts including direct lenders for regular loan programs, FHA loan programs including rehab loans such as the 203K family of loans, home inspection firms, home warranty firms repair contractors, etc. According to and in keeping with RESPA laws, I do not take pay/kickbacks of any kind from any Vendor I recommend so my only goal is your ability to leverage the relationships that I've built. That is to make sure that you are served by Vendors with the utmost care ensuring a smooth process and settlement and providers that will serve my clients with above average levels. A couple of my favorite quotes:

It is with this in mind that I try to serve and make a positive impact on the lives that I come into contact with whether it is with fellow professionals, client's, friends, and/or the community around us. "Every man owes a part of his time and money to the business or industry to which he is engaged. No man has a moral right to withhold his support from an organization that is striving to improve conditions within his sphere"
It is with this quote in mind that I participate and give my support to my profession and the associations related to the profession such as the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and our local board, the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. I also support and donate to RPAC (realtors policial action committee) at a higher than average level. For the community I support and donate physical time and body strength to "Habitat for Humanity" and have previously mentored at Medfield Heights Elementary School and donate to "Adopt -A-Classroom program.
