Dangerously low temperatures and wind chills (as low as -30°F) are expected this week. Please take extra precautions for your safety and to protect your home.

Important reminders:

Keep your heat ON and make sure your apartment stays at least 65°F.
To help prevent frozen pipes:

- Open cabinet doors under sinks so warm air can circulate
- Let a small trickle of water run from faucets (especially overnight)
- Make sure windows and doors are fully closed and sealed
- Keep interior doors open so heat circulates

Additional reminders:

- Limit outdoor time for yourself and your pets
- Extreme cold can reduce the effectiveness of ice melt. Please take extra care on sidewalks and stairs.

If you suspect a frozen pipe, contact maintenance immediately.
