Joi Harrell joined the Cambridge Management team as an Assistant Property Manager in January 2020. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois who started her commercial real estate career at a private real estate development firm consisting of innovative loft office and retail properties in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Joi brings to the Cambridge Management tenant community nearly five years of property management experience, managing in excess of 1 million square feet, as well as six years of human resource management experience.



At Cambridge Management, Joi is responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Manager. Her duties include assisting the Property Manager in all aspects of management, as well as promoting a high level of satisfaction among tenants. Joi earned a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College Chicago, a master’s degree from Roosevelt University, and is an active Real Property Administrator candidate. She is a Building Owners and Management Association member who actively participates in their continuing education programs and she is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Professional in Human Resources. Joi resides in Palos Hills and enjoys reading, golfing, and spending time with family in her spare time.
