SCAM ALERT - for people moving to Tioga

As lots of my friends know I have retired from a large portion of my property management work. I found out yesterday that there are people posing as owner/managers for properties trying to scam money out of potential renters. I asked a manager friend in Williston and he said it’s happening there too. If you know people moving to Tioga make sure people are cautious. This ad, for instance, is completely a SCAM. This property is managed by Bakken out of Williston effective Nov 1. For many properties, I have known the owner for over 10 years so if something seems off I am happy to answer questions.
Also most of my duplexes on 7th Street and townhomes at 13th St NE that I retired from are now managed by IPM out of Minot minotrentals.com or Bakken Property Management willistonrentals.com out of Williston.

Rentals in my inventory are currently full. I have a townhome on 13th Street NE 3 bd 3 ba that will be available in September.

As many of you know I am in the process of retiring from many of my properties. There are 2 companies that have already assumed management of duplexes on 7th Street SW and before year end they will also each have management of many of the townhomes on 13th Street NE. I will still manage some 2 bd apts, 101 Welo townhomes and Pineridge for the foreseeable future.
