✅ Down payment saved or a solid plan to get there

✅ Credit cleaned up (not perfect, just handled)

✅ Finances stable enough to handle the payment you decide you’re comfortable with

✅ Timeline clear (not “someday,” but actual months)

Real talk: Most buyers stay in the browsing phase way longer than they need to. They think they have to have everything perfect before they even talk to a lender.

Wrong. Talking to a lender is what makes browsing into planning.

You don’t need to be ready to have the conversation. You just need to be curious enough to start it.

I’ve had some new followers lately so I thought a little re-introduction was necessary for the new ones around here 🤍

I’m Summer 🌞Realtor, wife, and momma to these three little people who are a huge part of my “why.”

Real estate wasn’t necessarily something I always pictured myself doing while I was figuring life out in college, but somehow (which we have gone over - scroll to that post 😉) it became a career I truly love. We are coming up on 9 years since I made the switch to start working here, I’m still so grateful that I get to help people through some of the biggest chapters of their lives. Whether that’s buying their first home, selling the home they raised their babies in and more, finding more space for a growing family, or sometimes just figuring out what comes next in life. I never take it lightly when someone chooses me to help guide them in those steps.

But these four are the reason behind all of it. 🤍

I love my career and I’m incredibly thankful for every person who trusts me with such a big decision, but at the end of the day, being their mama will always be my greatest role.

This season of life is busy, a little or a lot 😆 chaotic, and going way too fast. I’m learning that success isn’t always about doing more; sometimes it’s being able to slow down enough to actually enjoy what you’ve worked so hard for. And that I am so thankful for and everyone who chooses me as their agent. If you have worked with me before you know I treat you as if I was buying or selling my own personal home. 🫶🏼
