This one is a great reminder that the highest offer isn't always the best offer... until you know how to negotiate. 💪

After generating strong interest and receiving multiple offers, we worked through the details to create the best possible outcome for my sellers. We negotiated favorable terms with the buyer and, by the end of the process, secured a deal over the asking price.

Did the sellers have to make one additional mortgage payment because of an extended closing? Yes. But because of the negotiations, they walked away with nearly three times that amount back in additional profit.
