I’m so honored to have gotten to help Chad with his home-buying journey!
I met Chad when I started working for Blue Origin during Covid. We got to be friends then and have kept in touch since. From co-worker ➡️ friend ➡️ client.

We had such a good time just checking out houses on the weekends and he was so easy to work with through the whole process.
He came in with a clear goal of being a home owner, but got to learn what he really wanted in his home through all of our showings.
Ultimately the perfect house revealed itself in the neighborhood we both happened to grow up in!

This was one of the easiest transactions and it’s all thanks to the team we got to work with! We worked with a fabulous lender and very cool seller!

This sale was by far one of the smoothest even with all of the things that had to perfectly line up.

Shout out to my buyer, Maria, for doing so much of her own legwork!

I had the privilege of representing both sides of this sale. With both the buyer and seller lived in other cities I anticipated this could get challenging. The buyer had a home sale contingency in Tampa, and this is not the home she moved into! She still had to move to her new home in Tampa and chose to buy here for her future retirement home…sight-unseen!

Through a lot of diligent communication and a fabulous team we pulled it off!

I can’t wait to do it again!

These two are absolute ROCKSTARS!
We began our house hunting journey this time LAST YEAR! From the very beginning they had some hurdles to clear. We got the pre-approval and went full steam ahead looking for their first dream house. We looked for about 2 months and found that 10/10 house. We were so excited and ready to make an offer and then…the interest rates went up that day 3/4%. While that doesn’t sound significant it took what was a very reasonable payment to very unreasonable.

So we went back to the drawing board and like the champs they are, they just kept going, trusting the process, looking for the home that was fit for them.
Fast forward to May of this year, and we found this gem on Mogul Ave. We were able to purchase from the original owner of the property! This house has been so well cared for and now will continue to be!

Dear Homebuyers, if you need encouragement just look at these two! This journey could have been really discouraging, but they didn’t give in to that. This market is tough! It is so fluid with interest rates changing almost daily. However, you can still buy! Ask all of the questions, do your research, and be as patient as you can.

CONGRATULATIONS to Kylie Young and Kayla Pennino! You’re HOMEOWNERS!! I am so honored to have gotten to take this journey with you. I truly had a blast. We had so many laughs and developed such a fun friendship through all of our house hunting. I am so thankful for these friends and the memories made! I will miss this phase but am so excited for your next chapter! 💕 WAY TO GO!
