I NEVER SAW THIS VERSION OF MY LIFE COMING. 🤍
If you had asked me a few years ago if I ever envisioned myself becoming a Realtor, I probably would have laughed.
Honestly, I never envisioned much beyond being a housewife. I thought my life would look a certain way. I thought provision would come through a man. I thought my security, validation, and identity would somehow be tied to another person.
But God…
God saw something in me that I couldn't see in myself.
In April of 2025, He spoke Realtor to me.
And I remember thinking… Me? Really?
I didn't believe in myself enough to understand what He was asking me to step into.
But I said yes.
I studied. I struggled. I questioned myself. And then I walked into that testing center.
When I passed that test, I didn't walk out thinking, “Look what I accomplished.”
I dropped to my knees and gave God the glory.
Because I knew.
That wasn't just me.
That was God reminding me that what He calls you to, He will equip you for.
Now, months into this journey, I'm learning something much deeper than real estate.
God has been teaching me that He is my Provider.
Not a man.
Not a relationship.
Not a title.
Not another person’s validation.
Him.
He is the One I am learning to seek first.
The One whose approval matters more than anyone else's.
The One I give the glory to.
The One who provides in ways I couldn't have planned, predicted, or manufactured for myself.
And maybe that's the biggest lesson this journey has given me so far:
I don't have to make someone or something an idol just to feel secure.
I don't have to chase what God has already promised to provide.
I don't have to become someone else to be worthy of what He has called me to do.
I simply have to trust Him enough to take the next step.
So here I am.
A Realtor.
A woman still learning.
Still growing.
Still becoming.
Still completely dependent on God.
And honestly?
I wouldn't trade this chapter for the one I thought I wanted.
Because what I thought was the end of my story…
God was just using as the beginning of a completely different one.
He chose me before I believed in myself.
And I'm learning to believe Him.

To God be all the glory.
