So this one’s a little different...and one I will always remember 🤣😆

One morning I get a call that starts with:
“Hey Steph… sooo we kind of bought a house last night… what do we do now?” 🤭

They had found a For Sale By Owner, agreed to terms, even put down a deposit — and then realized they might need a little help navigating the rest of the process. Here’s the thing: they didn’t have to* use me... but they did.* ❤️ And that trust means everything. From that first “uh-oh, what now?” call to signing the deed...I’m so proud of how smoothly we made it all come together.
