This snapshot compares Brevard County's housing market in July 2026 to July 2025. 🏠📈 Looking at the Single Family Homes sales, the median sales price remained the same; however, there was a slight increase in the number of homes sold despite the smaller inventory available. The market held steady, leaning more favorable towards sellers. Condos and Townhomes also showed improvement for sellers as the median sales price increased, more homes sold, and the available inventory significantly decreased.
