Centrally located in historic Tiverton Four Corners in a restored Grist Mill, circa 1850, once known as White’s Grist Mill. The stream and waterfall to the south side of the building powered the grist mill. There is still a grinding stone on site that is now part of the hearth of the office fireplace. Holland Real Estate has both knowledge and experience with Bristol County, MA and Newport County, RI towns but specializes in properties in the Tiverton and Little Compton area. We have expertise in sales, rentals and commercial properties.
