Still glowing (literally) from Monday night's event — networking, but make it neon.

Huge shout-out to Christine Fiske , Marc Rodrigue , and Andrew for putting together such a killer night. Between the lights, the laughs, and all the unexpected connections, it was one of those events that reminds you business can actually be fun.

They all mean something and, some mean everything. We sold the Jamestown home she inherited — full of family history, things and every kind of complication — for top dollar. Now she’s starting fresh in a new home with a pool, room for all the dogs, and a space for family to visit. It’s the good kind of full circle.

And like it so often goes, clients turn into friends. We met by chance — out in the world, not through ads or referrals — and it just clicked. The universe knew what it was doing when it crossed our paths.

✨ Closing Day! ✨
Some clients just make this job a joy. First, I got to help these two find their dream primary home — and today, we closed on their very first investment property together! 🏡 Two charming cottages, a great tenant already in place, and fun new challenges! 🌿🐾

Rufio and Barclay are officially investment pups now, and I couldn’t be happier for this little family. They told me after their first purchase that I’d be their Realtor for life — and the fact that they came back to me for round two means the world. 💛 Watching them grow from happy homeowners into new investors is exactly why I love what I do.

Some houses are just four walls and a roof. Others feel like they were designed to actually hold your chaos.

This Warwick home gives my people room to breathe, grow, and be a little weird together (the good kind of weird). It’s accessible, it’s elevated, and it finally fits the whole family — fur, blood, and chosen.

The best part? It’s a place that welcomes them in instead of pushing them out. If you’ve ever lived in a house that wasn’t yours at heart, you know how rare that is.

Congrats to this crew for finding a home that feels like it might just love them back. 🥂🖤

🌱🐾 From plants to pups to profits 🌱🐾

My amazing repeat clients are at it again! The first time we worked together, they bought their dream home in Rhode Island and surprised me with a mug that said “SOLD, BITCHES.” (still my favorite closing gift ever).

This time, we searched high and low and snagged them their very first investment property — and trust me, it’s a good one. Between his green thumb and her fur-baby love, I can already see this place thriving. (And yes, their dogs are still as cute as ever - practically mascots for the deal.)

Here’s to turning repeat clients into repeat investors. 🥂

✨ SOLD AF ✨
Not every story is meant to be told out loud.
Some deals are layered—loss, legacy, logistics, and a few too many cooks in the kitchen. But when it mattered most, the right pieces fell into place. Barely.

This one took grit, patience, and a whole lot of heavy lifting—some of it literal.
We cleared the weight of generations, paved the exits, and gave someone their out.

The road wasn’t smooth. The paperwork wasn’t pretty.
But it closed.
And the chapter is closed.
And that’s enough said.
