It is our smallest one. 1 bedroom with loft. 550 sq ft

➡️Tenant responsible for all utilities
➡️We take care of lawn care

Tenant will need to be a single person or young couple (not suitable for elderly as the stairs are steep, not suitable for children because it’s too small)
