🚨 **We're Hiring! Property Operations Coordinator**
Danberry Property Management is growing, and we're looking for an organized, motivated, and customer-focused **Property Operations Coordinator** to join our team!
This is a dynamic position that supports our property management operations throughout **Toledo, Findlay, Tiffin, and the surrounding Northwest Ohio communities.** No two days are exactly alike, and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.
**Some of your responsibilities may include:**
• Coordinating maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
• Communicating with property owners, tenants, and contractors
• Assisting with property turnovers and inspections
• Supporting our property managers with day-to-day operations
• Assisting with leasing activities as needed, including showings and other leasing support
• Helping deliver an exceptional experience for both owners and residents
**We're looking for someone who is:**
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
✔ Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
✔ Tech-savvy and eager to learn
✔ Positive, dependable, and solutions-oriented
✔ Willing to travel between our Northwest Ohio markets as business needs require
This position is based in Northwest Ohio and supports properties throughout the Toledo, Findlay, Tiffin, and surrounding areas. While you won't necessarily be in a different city every day, you should expect to work throughout our service area as needed.
Property management experience is a plus, but it isn't required. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training.
This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a Property Manager role as our company continues to expand.
