Oak Hill Investment is looking for an experienced apartment maintenance person in the Toledo, OH area.

This position will work on day-to-day preventative maintenance, maintenance requests, carpentry projects, and unit turnover, along with the general upkeep of residential apartment building and homes. We are looking for someone who is experienced and reliable.

This position requires driving to different apartment or housing sites throughout the day, all in the Toledo area. Applicant must have a driver's license and reliable vehicle. Applicant must also have their own tools and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Compensation commensurate with experience

Come join our team! This cleaning position is for an apartment complex. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5, with 1 day-a-week (usually Tuesday or Thursday) starting at 7 and ending at 3. We offer paid time off after 1 year (vacation), and $12.00/hour wage. Please go in person to the leasing office at Oak Hill Apartments located at 3750 Hill Avenue, Toledo, OH 43607 to fill out an application. You may need to call upon arrival prior to our answering the door. You may also bring your resume if you have one. We are doing no-contact as much as possible, so we will ask that you pick up the application, then fill out the application outside or in your car. Please be prepared for an interview, because if we have time, we may interview you right then on the spot. You WILL need to wear a mask. Also, please bring your driver’s license.
