✅Got our offer accepted amongst other offers and now my buyer can prepare to close on her SOON TO BE new home !!!🎉🎊

Let me just say, I am SO excited for my new buyer. We connected 48 hours ago and she was so let down by her past experience with her previous realtor and lender. Not only did I run through the QUICKEST buyer consultation with her, but I was able to connect her with one of my preferred lenders within her preferred bank that she was already pre-approved with ; meaning she didn’t have to go through the pre-approval process from the beginning!!

When our offer was accepted last night, she told me that she was so overwhelmed because of her excitement, of course but more importantly because she had learned more about this process from me within a few hours than she ever learned from her previous realtor over a few months. 🤯
