I've had many new faces and followers recently so I wanted to do a quick update to my new friends, who may not know who I am โบ๏ธ

I am Raliat Thomas (Raliat, the Realtor).
I am a mom of 3, a wife and a real estate investor.
I've been a licensed realtor for 3 years now.
I'm from Detroit, MI but I've became a Toledoan nearly 7 years ago โบ๏ธ
I come from a large and loving family. Family time is of upmost importance to me, not only for myself but for my clients as well.
I work with all sorts of buyers, sellers and investors, but my biggest ๐๐๐ is the impact I've had on my ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ ๐ก๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฒ๐๐ซ๐ฌ.
I do not come from a wealthy family, so I know the feeling of thinking something is beyond your reach, and being able to assist with one's dream of homeownership, and turning that dream into a reality is the greatest blessing and greatest feeling ever.
I am an experienced investor. My husband and I own rental properties and we also flipped a few homes here and there.
