Do you need to move but don't quite have a pot of gold for all the moving costs? North Towne Villas is offering a limited time move in special with a decreased security deposit for approved applicants!

We screen all our applicants in the same manner. We require that you have verifiable income and bring home 3x the amount of rent per month and can produce a satisfactory background, credit, and eviction history check. No rental or utility debt.
