Cracks come in all shapes and sizes. Most of what people think are catastrophic cracks are really just nothing more than 2 pieces of drywall butted up together or a weak point in the wall system.

I often tell people your house isn’t going to fall over just because you bought it and it’s certainly not going to fall over because your drywall cracked at the seam.
