Another UT spring semester is drawing to a close, and it's a time of year when we often hear from our departing tenants. This was in a text message from this happy couple who are moving on to new opportunities. "We enjoyed our stay here and definitely appreciate you being very accommodating to us. You guys were friendly and patient with us. We will always recommend people to live here, because you were a great landlord."

We get lots of compliments from tenants, but a recent conversation with the father of a girl who has lived off campus several years at Westwood Square while completing her college courses included this comment: "For anyone who has a son or daughter attending the University of Toledo, this is the place they should live." Maintenance is a priority at Westwood Square. We pride ourselves on our response time for solving issues. Alarm batteries, light bulbs, appliance repairs, drain clogs, HVAC service and more are dealt with promptly. Our busy on-site maintenance office, stockroom and workshop helps us be prepared to get things done for our tenants

Our 2020 tenant garden just got its tomato cages put in Monday. This year's garden was started indoors with seeds so it will be 100% organic. We'll have cherry and big tomatoes, green peppers and cucumbers for tenants in August.
