🍂 HELLO, FALL! 🍁

The first day of fall is here, which means cooler temps, cozy nights, and a good excuse to get a few things checked off the home-maintenance list!

🏡 A few fall home tips:
✔️ Clean out those gutters & downspouts
✔️ Have your furnace/HVAC checked before the cold hits
✔️ Change your furnace filter
✔️ Check windows & doors for drafts
✔️ Disconnect garden hoses & winterize outdoor faucets
✔️ Check your roof for missing or damaged shingles
✔️ Test smoke & carbon monoxide detectors
✔️ Clean and inspect your fireplace/chimney if you’ll be using it
✔️ Rake leaves away from your foundation

A little maintenance now can save you some BIG headaches (and expenses!) once winter rolls in. ❄️

And of course… enjoy the pumpkin everything, football, bonfires and all the best parts of fall! 🎃🍁
