he 13abc I-Team returns to the Larchmont estates. You might remember the city of Toledo shut down what was then the Riviera Maia complex in late 2014 because of electrical and health issues.

We are so excited! Not only are we looking forward to breaking ground on our new clubhouse..... But we are starting our landscaping project!!!!! :) Huge thanks to all of our tenants who has been very understanding through the construction process! We love you all!!!! :)

To all Neighboring Residents of The Larchmont Estates;

When the prospect of taking on this project was brought to our company we were ecstatic at the opportunity to invest in a community with more potential then presented at the surface. We spent countless days going over every detail that this vast project would entail and we understood that it would not be an easy undertaking. The 30+ acres and thirty-one buildings that needed to be overhauled and restored would be one of our largest projects ever; but we were excited and couldn’t get started fast enough.
Over the last few months we’ve listened to and observed concerned neighbors, both in person and on social media. We’ve also had the pleasure to interact with neighbors who were just as excited at the potential of this project and have welcomed us into the neighborhood.
We understand the safety concerns of the neighbors in this community and take every concern into account. We are not here to pollute or damage your community, because doing that would mean we would be damaging our own community. We understand the safety concerns you have for your children that have to walk through our site to get to school. Our intent in taking on this project was to restore a safe and valuable asset to this community. We are invested in this property and in this community in more ways then visible to neighboring residents.
What is disheartening to us are some of the comments that have been made about our company. We value our brand and have spent years building a brand we are proud of. We are not a bootleg contractor breaking laws who is here to put in some new windows and leave with no regard for the neighborhood. Before the start of this project the first thing we evaluated was the enormous value of this neighborhood and knew we needed to invest in this community.
We apologize if you have to drive or walk by and see a construction mess, but this is a construction site and will be under construction for many more months. We hope that at the conclusion of this project we would have added value to this community and neighborhood. We value our remarkable residents and their incredible understanding of this unique project; we value the neighborhood in which our gem of community is nestled; and we also value our brand and the projects that we take on.
We thank you for welcoming us into the great City of Toledo and we look forward to proceeding with this appreciated project.
