Real estate is a relationship business. Period.

Building trust with my clients is obviously a huge part of what I do, but so are the relationships I build with the people working alongside us throughout the transaction.

Lenders, inspectors, title professionals, other agents, contractors… we are all working toward the same goal of getting to the closing table.

I will always advocate for what is best for my client, but I also believe you can be a strong advocate without making every transaction harder than it needs to be. Having good relationships, communicating well, and treating people with respect and kindness can make a BIG difference when there are a million moving pieces.

At the end of the day, I want my clients to know they have someone in their corner who is going to work hard for them, communicate well, and keep the process moving while still making it a good experience.

Because getting to the closing table is important, but how we get there is important too.

This one just feels like it was meant to be!

After looking at quite a few houses together, Mitch and I walked into this one and immediately noticed how incredibly well cared for it was. The owner had thought of literally everything… all the little details that make a house feel like a home.

The more we learned about the property, the more special it became. This was Kelley’s late father’s home, and it was so obvious how much he loved it. He cared for this house for 50 years and even left behind a binder of receipts documenting everything he’d ever done to the house… We got to hear stories about his hobbies and strict lawn protocol, and it felt like we were getting a little glimpse into the life behind the home.

Then we found out Kelley and Mitch’s mom have been longtime friends. Our walk-through turned into catching up, sharing stories, and honestly, feeling like this house was meant to find its way to Mitch.

I couldn’t be more excited for my good friend and first-time homebuyer as he starts this next chapter. And we made it even more special by closing on Mitch’s birthday! 🎉

Happy birthday AND happy homeownership, Mitch! I’m so grateful I got to be your Realtor and experience this one with you.

This is why I love what I do. ❤️

It’s never just about selling a house. It’s about the people I meet, the memories we make along the way, and the clients who turn into friends by the time we get to the closing table.

Buying a home can be exciting, overwhelming, and sometimes a little stressful… especially when you’re moving to an area you aren’t familiar with. My goal is to be the person in your corner who keeps you informed, keeps things moving, and helps you feel confident throughout the process.

And being told I’m even enemy approved? I’ll take that as a pretty great review. 😂

After five years of living states apart because of a job change, Mike & Paula are finally going to be under one roof again, and I can’t think of a better reason to celebrate a closing!! ❤️

What started as a Facebook connection turned into a connection I’m incredibly grateful for. I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to help find a place to begin their next chapter together.

I can’t wait to see how Mike & Paula take this house and make it their home, filling it with the everyday moments and memories they’ve been waiting five years to share under the same roof again.

Thank you both for trusting me, for all the stories, and for all the laughs we shared along the way (especially in our car rides)! It was truly so much fun getting to know you both and being a part of this journey.

Okay, now that you know why I was calling…

If you’re waiting for rates to drop, I want you to look at the bigger picture.

You can refinance a rate. You can’t go back and buy yesterday’s price.

Northwest Ohio is growing, demand is high, inventory is low, and affordability is still giving buyers an advantage. But when rates eventually come down, more buyers are going to enter the market, which means more competition and higher prices.

That’s why creating a plan now matters.
