GO NATURAL LANDSCAPING LTD.
LAWN MOWING AGREEMENT

This Agreement ( Agreement ) dated this 1st day of April , 2020 , is entered between GO NATURAL LANDSCAPING LTD., an Ohio Limited Liability Company ( hereinafter “ Go Natural”) and
______________________________________________________________ ( hereinafter “ Customer”) for the property located at
__________________________________________________( “Property”).
1. Term. This agreement shall commence on the 1st day of April , 2020 (“Commencement Date”) and shall continue for so long as the Customer's lawn needs mowed or the end of the season, or until Early Termination as defined herein. Either Party has the right to terminate this Agreement without cause at any time ( “Early Termination”), the Customer is responsible for canceling the Agreement. The Mowing service will continue year after year. A new Agreement is not required every year; this Agreement is automatically renewed.
2. Services to be provided by Go Natural. Go Natural agrees to mow the Customer's lawn located at the Customer's Property using a Lawn Mower discharging the clippings out the side of the lawn mower, Unless and if Customer requests that Go Natural bag, remove, and properly dispose the clippings. In addition, Go Natural agrees to trim ,weather permitting, around trees, gardens, walkways, curbs, and or streets. The edging of sidewalks is a additional $5.00 minimum charge, per time, added to the mowing price. Weather notwithstanding, Go Natural will make every effort to adhere to a specific schedule. Although Go Natural shall set the mowing schedule, consideration shall be given to the Customer's preferences. If the Customer requests to be mowed on a day and / or time the is not the normal scheduled day for mowing the Customer's lawn, a travel fee of $70 will be added to the mowing price to cover time and travel. Go Natural's objective is to make sure that the Customer's lawn does not become overgrown. Go Natural agrees not to mow when the Customer's lawn is not in need of mowing due to hot and / or dry weather, or lack of growth. Lack of growth is less than one inch of growth in a seven day period. During hot and / or dry weather, Go Natural Landscaping will judge the lawn by looking at the FRONT LAWN ONLY ! The Customer is responsible to inform Go Natural if the back yard is of more importance than the front lawn in times of hot and / or dry weather. The Customer is welcome to call 567.694.6495 to inform Go Natural if the lawn is in no need of being mowed, the day prior the the Customers regular mowing day or before 8am the day of regular mowing. Go Natural may also change the mowing day to a day prior in times of heat and / or drought. The Customer is responsible for cleaning the lawn prior to mowing --IE removal of sticks,leaves, limbs, toys, dog waste etc. The removal of leaves from the lawn in the fall will incur an additional fee, based on the extra man/ hrs. need to mow the lawn with leaves. The hauling away of yard debris is not the responsibility of Go Natural. The hauling away of yard debris can be done for a $20 minimum fee, but needs to be discussed in advance. Go Natural will not move any lawn furniture, play sets, etc. Go Natural will mow and trim around lawn furniture, play sets, etc. as best a possible. Excessive Growth, which is more than 6” of growth for a total lawn height of more than 9”, will be charged double the current rate. **Lawns mowed on a bi-weekly basis may be charged 2x the quoted price due to excessive growth.** All grass clippings will remain on the lawn. Go Natural Landscaping ltd. Is not responsible for the cleaning and or removal of the lawn clippings.
3. Payment. Customer agree to pay Go Natural a flat fee of $__________ Dollars per mow, unless and if Customer requests that Go Natural bag and remove the clippings, wherein Customer agrees to pay Go Natural a fee of $5.00 minimum fee for bagging. Customer is additionally responsible for paying Ohio State sales tax, which, at the present time, is 7.25 %. Payment is due by the 21st of the month the invoice is received.. Failure to pay by the 21st will result in suspension of lawn mowing and a late fee of $5.00 will be added to that month's mowing invoice. Each month the payment is late will incur a $5 late fee. Repeated suspensions will result in the Customer being removed from the client mowing list. Go Natural reserves the right to increase the price in the event that the Customer Property or lawn is compromised due to construction or if the Customer erects artifices or fences that make mowing more difficult or time consuming.
4. Liability and Indemnity. Go Natural is liable for all actual damage it causes to the Customer's Property, with the following exceptions: a) Go Natural is not liable for having failed to mow, either altogether or on a specific day or week; b) mowing over small animals ( snakes, frogs, toads and the like); c) causing damage to malfunctioning sprinkler heads; d) being responsible for the replacement of entire gardens, lawns, driveways, walks, windows, or when the property damage is susceptible of repair. Go Natural agrees to indemnify and hold the Customer Harmless as to all claims filed against the Customer by third parties stemming from the wrongful acts of Go Natural Landscaping ltd.
Signing is not required, cancel at any time with no penalty.

Here is a privacy fence that blew over from the high winds. The 4x4 posts snapped off at the ground level. The remaining part of the posts had to be removed. We installed new posts, re-used the old fence pannels. One pannel had to reinforced.

Here is the new updated lawn mowing agreement for 2017:

This agreement ( agreement) dated this 1st of april 2017, is entered between Go Natural Landscaping ltd. a limited liability company ( hereinafter Go Natural ) and ___________________ ( hereinafter the Customer) for the property located at _____________________ ( the Property).

1. TERM. This agreement shall commence on the 1st day of April 2017 ( Commencement date) and shall continue for so long as the Customer's lawn needa to be mowed or the end of the season, or until Early Termination as defined herein. Either party has the right to terminate this Agreement without cause at any time ( Early Termination ). A new agreement is not required every year, this agreement automatically renews.

2. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY GO NATURAL. Go Natural agrees to mow the Customer's lawn at the Customer's property using a lawn mower discharging the clippings out the side of lawn mower, unless and if the Customer requests that Go Natural bag, remove and dispose of the clippings. In addition, Go Natural agrees to trim and bi-weekly edge around trees, gardens, walkways, curbs and streets. Bi- weekly edging is weather dependent, edging may be skipped if hot and / or dry and resumed at a later time when the weather permits. Weather notwithstanding, Go Natural will make every effort to adhere to a specific achedule. Although Go Natural shall set the mowing schedule, considerations shall be give to the Customer's preferences. Go Natural's objective is to make sure that the Customer's lawn does not become overgrown. Go Natural agrees not to mow when the Customer's lawn is not in need of mowing due to hot and / or dry weather, or lack of growth. Lack of growth being less than 1" of growth in a seven day period. The Customer is responsible for the cleaning of the lawn prior to mowing --IE removal of sticks, branches, limbs, leaves, toys, dog waste etc. The removal of leaves from the lawn in the fall may incur a additional fee, based on the man/hrs needed to mow the lawn with leaves. The hauling away of yard debris--sticks, branches, limbs, leaves etc., is not the responsibility of Go Natural. The hauling away of yard debris can be done and will incur a additional fee. Hauling away of yard debris needs to be discussed in advance. Go Natural will not move any lawn furniture, play sets, etc. Go Natural will mow and trim around lawn furniture, playsets, etc. as best as possible. Lawns with excessive growth will be charged double the agreed rate. Excessive growth is growth of more than 6 inches in height, for a total lawn height of more than 9 inches.

3. PAYMENT. The Customer agrees to pay Go Natural a fee of $_______________ dollars per mow, unless the Customer requests that Go Natural bag and remove the clippings, wherein the Customer agrees to pay Go Natural a fee of $__________ dollars per mow and bagging. The Customer is responsible to pay the Ohio State Sales Tax, which, at the present time is 7.25%. Payment is due within ( 28 ) twenty eight days of receiving a invoice from Go Natural. Go Natural is not liable for having failed to mow, either all together or on a specific day or week; b.) mowing small animals ( frogs, toads etc.); c. ) sprinkler heads; d.) being rssponsible for the replacement of entire gardens, lawns, driveways, walks, windows, or when the property damage is susceptible of repair. Go Natural agrees to indemnify and hold harmless as to all claims filed against the Customer by third parties stemming stemming from wrongful acts of Go Natural.
