Dawn Rose- Sohnly / Howard Hanna My name is Dawn Rose-Sohnly and I am a second generation Real Estate Broker, and Auctioneer with ove I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio.

My father introduced me to real estate at a young age. I have fond memories of going to my father's office and attending and later managing his auctions. My father was a pioneer in the real estate auction business, and was very well respected. As a young adult, I attended the University of Toledo and obtained my degree in Cardiovasular Technology. I worked for 2 prominent cardiologists in the Tole

do area. I chose another career path and went into business with my father. I attended the University of Indiana, and was a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute. Several years later I furthered my career and became an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate. I began obtaining my real estate license in Ohio and Michigan. I later attended the National Residential Appraisers Institute and became a Graduate Senior Appraiser. With many years of experience, I furthered my career by obtaining my Ohio Broker's License. I became a second generation Real Estate Broker and auctioneer, following in my father's footsteps. Many doors have opened for me and have given me the opportunity to diversify my real estate and auction business.
