Good News!

Citing the extraordinary circumstances that the country is facing with the ongoing spread of the coronavirus, the FHFA announced Monday that is directing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to ease their standards for both property appraisals and verification of employment.

Happy Winter! There are a few things that you may want to do to make sure that you don't have any issues with this extreme weather coming to our area.
*If you are leaving town, turn your main water valve off in the basement and open all of your faucets.
*If you will be here and are NOT using a bathroom, turn the water off at these areas from your Manablock system and drain all of those lines.
*Disconnect any hoses on the exterior.
*DO NOT leave your garage doors open. Leaving garage doors open for even a short time can wreak havoc when the temperature drops this low.
*Open your vanity, kitchen sink, and laundry sink doors (especially if they are on an exterior wall). This will allow the water lines to get a little extra heat.
*Open your blinds an inch or so. If you completely close your blinds, moisture will be be trapped and surely will freeze with the upcoming temperatures expected.
*Make sure that your furnace flue is free of debris, snow, etc.
*DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS OUTSIDE FOR ANY MORE TIME THAN IS NECESSARY!!!!!
