Part-Time Maintenance Position Available!

We're looking for a part-time maintenance person/handyman for our 32 units. Average 10-15 hours/week.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to): Tenant Work Orders, Assist in Apartment Turnovers, General & Preventative Maintenance/Repairs to ensure the property is in good condition. Minor electrical, plumbing, heating and appliance repair (we understand that some work may need to be contracted out by a third party), Minor Painting, Minor Grounds Work, such as lawn mowing, w**d whacking, brush trimming and some shoveling/salting of walkways as needed.
Applicant must be reliable, self-motivated and have the drive to work independently with little supervision.
Appliant must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, tools, a reliable cell phone with good cell service and have the ability to send/receive text messages.
Applicant also agrees to a background check.
PAY: Negotiable
